Nicholas M. Mikus, Jr.

Nicholas M. Mikus, Jr., is the Owner of Nsam Enterprises, LLC with an operating element of Nick’s Ristorante among its branches. Prior to establishing Nsam and Nick’s Ristorante Nick served as a Soldier and civilian employee for over 44 years. A retired Army officer, his experience includes enlisted, non-commissioned, commissioned and civilian service.

A Vietnam Vet Nick retired from active military duty in 1994 and became a Department of the Army Civilian employee, serving, in turn, at Forces Command headquarters as a logistics management specialist, then with AMC’s logistics support element operations, an emergency-essential, mobile and deployable role. He currently serves as Chair of the Bailey Cove/Green Cove Chapter of the South Huntsville Business Association. His education credits include a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice and a master’s in administration with a minor in clinical psychology. His awards and decorations include the Legion of Merit, two Bronze Stars, Air Medal, three Meritorious Service Medals, six Army Commendation Medals, the Army Achievement Medal, plus multiple foreign service awards including Vietnam Service and Campaign Medals with five campaign stars, the Vietnam Gallantry Cross with Palm, and multiple civilian service awards.
